What this website collects
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and uses no tracking. It remembers your language choice in your own browser only, and nothing leaves your device for that purpose.
The provider that hosts the website may process technical connection data, such as an IP address and the time of a request, to deliver pages and keep them secure. We do not use that data to identify visitors.
When you write to us
The enquiry form does not send anything to a server: it prepares a message in your own mail application, and you decide whether to send it.
We use what you send to reply, to check for conflicts of interest before any substantive discussion, and to meet our professional obligations. We keep it for as long as those obligations require.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to be told how it is processed. Write to contact@selden.law and we will respond within the time the law allows.
