Lawyers and trainees who write clearly in Arabic and in English, read a contract as the other side’s counsel would, and prefer one finished document to three drafts.
Experience matters less than judgment; both are tested in the same way — on real work.

Every file has one lead and a named scope. Work is reviewed before it leaves the desk, and the person who did the work sees the review.
