Judgment stays with a lawyer
Every document that leaves our desk is read, and signed, by the lawyer responsible for the file — whatever tools were used to prepare it. Responsibility for the advice is ours, not a tool’s.
Consent before use
We use AI tools on a client’s matter only where the engagement letter provides for it and the client has agreed in writing. Where a client prefers that no AI tool touches the file, none does.
Where client material lives
Client material is never placed in public AI tools. Any tool used on client material must process it within the Kingdom, or under the safeguards of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulation on the transfer of personal data outside the Kingdom.
We do not permit a provider to use client material to train its models.
